OUR WORK

Building the future, child by child, family by family

We focus on three things that keep working long after the gift: a child raised with care, a child back in school, and a family with a door they can close.

Zakat eligible Monthly giving Includes schooling

Orphan sponsorship

Every child deserves to grow up cared for, to learn and to dream.

Your monthly sponsorship gives a child who has lost a parent food, schooling and care, and helps the family stay together and plan for tomorrow. 25 children are growing up with a sponsor today. Our field partner visits each family and reports back, so you can see what remains of your giving.

Education

Education is the surest way to build a future, and no one can take it away once it is learned.

Yet one in three school-age children is still out of school in Syria, where our story began and where we work today (UNICEF). So we help these children return to learning through [what you fund: teachers’ salaries, catch-up classes, school kits, repairs to classrooms], because every child back in a classroom is one more person who will help rebuild their community.

From tents to homes

A home is where a family starts again: a door to close, a room where children can study, a place to plan the future.

We build simple, lasting homes so families who have lived for years in tents can move into a home of their own. 12 families have already moved in.
